One Working Web:

Bryan County

Digital Experience Redesign

Project Overview

Bryan County's website had grown over many years, resulting in inconsistent navigation, outdated content, varying design patterns, and a user experience that no longer fully served the residents of the county. The redesign was an opportunity to modernize both the visual experience and the way residents access information and services.

Working alongside department leaders and subject matter experts, I led the project to transform the website into a more intuitive, welcoming, and community-focused experience. The project combined user-centered design, content strategy, branding, accessibility, and front-end development to create a website that better serves residents while establishing a scalable digital foundation that supports the County's long-term communication goals and continued growth.
